Effect of Seed Germination and Seedling Vigour in Different Soil Media for the Establishment of Annual Drumstick (Moringa oleifera L.) cv. PKM-1

A field experiment on the “Effect of seed germination and seedling vigour in different soil media for establishment annual drumstick (Moringa oleifera) cv.PKM-1” was conducted during August to November 2021, naturally ventilated polyhouse Department Horticulture, Naini Agricultural Institute, SHUATS, Prayagraj (U.P.). The Randomized Block Design consisting 12 treatments three replications. consisted using fertilizers such as Soil, NPK, Perlite, Vermiculite, Biocompost, Bokashi Coirpith combinations evaluate best combination germination, growth drumstick. In this investigation,+ result reveald that treatment T8 [Soil (50%) + Vermiculite (25%) Perlite (25%)] found respect parameters, parameters physiological like days (7.0), percentage (87%), index (3.03), plant height (140.03 cm), number leaves per (380.43), stem girth (2.05 nodes (34.17), length inter node (20.15 fresh weight shoot (21.48 g), dry (10.50 root (8.54 (3.90g) : ratio (0.40) oleifera L.) cv.PKM-1.
